EmergencyRadio.org exists to get ordinary households ready to communicate when networks fail - in an afternoon, at low cost, without turning preparedness into a personality.
Who writes this
The site is written and maintained by a licensed U.S. amateur radio operator with an active home station - HF through UHF, digital modes, and the NOAA/scanner side too. The guidance here is the same we give family and neighbors.
